Pastry club came from the want to showcase the versatility and variety of all things pastry. Much like Bowie or Gaga, pastry is a bit of a cultural shapeshifter with each variety having endless iconic looks & variations depending on where in the world it has come from and who may be making it. Pastry club is a way to explore old and new pastry techniques and serve dishes that, once you have been to a pastry club will likely understand, are suitable only for pastry club. But fluff & waffle aside, it’s a right laugh and a bit of a riot.
