Pâté en croûte

Cultured butter & milk pastry, encasing an ever changing terrine of well marinated, properly prepared ingredients & a rich jelly of it’s counterparts.

PORK PIE

Woodland reared pork from Waterford farm, leaf lard hot water crust pastry & not a great deal else. Served warm, as it should be.

SAUSAGE ROLL

A Constant. A Comfort. A course sausage of whatever is in season, available or we are currently enjoying using. Wrapped in slowly cooked puff pastry.
