A5 mince pie
These I haven’t cooked for you. I could have, but eating a freshly baked mince pie, not long from the oven, brings one closer to god. Simply place onto a baking tray in a 190oc oven for around 35 minutes, or until it looks like the photo. You do want to allow it to stand for around ten minutes before eating, unless you don’t care for an un-scortched windpipe that is.
Should you have opted for Bovscotch to acconpany your mince pie, simply bring to a simmer whilst stirring.
For these guys, it’s fairly simple. Plate and eat. With the caveat that cold is the enemy. Add to a plate and allow to sit out at room temperature for atleast an hour before consuming, to take a bit of the fridge chill off.
